Giving keen students the opportunity of achieving up to an A*/9, this challenging course covers the basic principles and concepts of physics and some of their current applications in the real world. Although there is a strong emphasis on practical skills, home educated students are able to take the 'alternative to practical paper', so that lack of access to a laboratory should not be a barrier to success.
